We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for entertainment purposes on devices you own or control.
Cases, characters, and verdicts in Daily Detective are fictional. The app is a game; nothing in it is legal advice and any resemblance to real people or events is coincidental.
Any purchases are processed by Apple via the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Refund requests are handled by Apple.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cooba Dev is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the new terms.
