Privacy Policy

Last updated: 27 April 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Cooba Dev handles information when you use InvoGo (the “App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge how information is handled as described in this policy.

1. Who provides the App

InvoGo is provided by Cooba Dev. References to “we”, “us”, or “our” in this policy mean Cooba Dev as the publisher of the App.

2. What information the App processes

Depending on how you use the App, it may process information such as:

3. How information is stored

The App currently stores most information locally on your device or in your browser storage. The App does not currently require you to create an account and does not currently provide a dedicated backend service for routine syncing of your invoice data.

Because storage is local-first, you are responsible for maintaining access to your device, keeping backups where needed, and managing any files you export or share.

4. When information may leave your device

Information may leave your device only when you choose to do something with it, for example by generating a PDF, saving a file, attaching an invoice to an email, printing it, sharing it through another app, exporting a backup file, or otherwise exporting it from the App. Once you export or share a file, it may be handled by third-party apps, services, platforms, printers, email providers, operating systems, or storage tools chosen by you.

The App also includes an optional Backup & Restore feature. When you tap “Export all data”, the App bundles your invoices, settings, saved clients, addresses, and bank details into a single file and offers it to your device’s share sheet so you can save it to your chosen location (for example Files, iCloud Drive, email, or another app). The backup file is not sent to Cooba Dev. You control where the file is saved, who it is shared with, and when it is deleted.

4a. In-app purchases

If you purchase the App’s optional Pro upgrade, the purchase is processed by your platform’s app store (for example Apple App Store or Google Play). To verify and restore purchases, the App uses RevenueCat as a subscription and purchase management service. RevenueCat may receive a randomly generated, anonymous user identifier and limited purchase information (such as product identifier, transaction status, and country) so that your Pro entitlement can be recognised across reinstalls and devices. RevenueCat does not receive your invoice content, business details, customer details, or contact information. See RevenueCat’s privacy policy for more information.

5. How information is used

The App processes information only to provide its core functionality, including to:

6. Lawful basis and user control

Where UK data protection law applies, the App processes information on the basis that it is necessary to provide the functionality you actively request when using the App, and on the basis of your own actions and choices when you enter, save, export, print, email, or share information.

7. Data retention

Your information remains stored locally until you delete it, clear the App’s local data, remove the App, or overwrite it with new information. Exported files, shared files, printed copies, and emailed attachments may remain available in the destination you chose until you remove them there.

8. Sharing with third parties

Cooba Dev does not currently receive your invoice content through a dedicated backend service as part of the App’s normal operation. However, third parties may process your information if you intentionally use external tools or services such as email, cloud storage, printing, file sharing, device backup systems, or platform-level services on your phone, tablet, or computer.

9. Security

Reasonable steps are taken in the App’s design to keep information local to your device where possible. However, no device, browser, operating system, email service, sharing service, or storage medium can be guaranteed completely secure. You should protect your device with appropriate passwords, biometrics, updates, backups, and anti-malware protections where relevant.

10. Children’s privacy

The App is intended as a business invoicing tool and is not directed at children. It should not knowingly be used by children to submit personal information through the App.

11. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to request access to personal information, correction of inaccurate information, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing, and portability. Because the App currently stores most information locally under your control, many of these rights can often be exercised directly by editing or deleting the stored data on your own device or by contacting us if you have a question about this policy.

12. International transfers

The App itself does not currently perform routine remote transfers of your invoice data. If you export or share files using third-party services, those services may transfer or store information outside the UK depending on the provider you choose and the way their systems operate.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes to the App, legal requirements, or publishing arrangements. The latest version should be made available on the public privacy policy page linked from the App and associated public materials.

14. Contact

For privacy questions or requests relating to InvoGo, you can contact: coob-dev@outlook.com.
